This Privacy Policy explains what information the AI Fishing Companion mobile app ("the App," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.
We collect only the data needed to operate the App's fishing features, manage your account, and process subscriptions.

We do not use your data for advertising or sell your personal information.
We share data only with the service providers required to run the App. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments:

All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Access to stored data is restricted to authorized systems and managed identities.
We retain your account and associated data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time using our Account Deletion Request form. Upon a valid request we delete your account data from Firebase Authentication and our database within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
The App's content is rated Everyone and is suitable for users of all ages — there is nothing in the App inappropriate for any audience. While anyone can enjoy the App, account creation, the optional location features, and subscriptions are intended to be set up and managed by an adult.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at ben@blombergappdesign.com and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
